Boston, MA June 4, 2009 —PlatformQ and LabRoots announced that an open call for abstracts for BioConference Live has been extended to June 26, 2009. BioConference Live is a first of its kind virtual event for scientists, engineers, and other technical professionals. BioConference Live will take place from Tuesday through Thursday, November 17-19, 2009, and will feature live video keynote presentations from senior scientists in the life sciences. Attendees can have their questions answered by presenters in a live online conference.
BioConference Live seeks additional case studies in biotechnology, neuroscience, genetics, cell biology, cancer research, analytical chemistry and lab automation. A virtual exhibit hall will feature poster sessions that present and discuss recent work.
The BioConference Live virtual event makes it easier and more cost-effective than ever before for scientists and academicians to come together online, virtually transcending the barriers of time and distance. Researchers can extend their reach and gather feedback on their work from the convenience of any computer.
